Online Payment

  • Before the scheduled appointment, customers have the option to make an online payment for the selected car wash and detailing package.
  • The online payment can be processed securely through our website or mobile app using various payment methods, such as credit/debit cards or digital wallets.
  • Customers receive a payment receipt and confirmation of the paid services.

Detailing

  • On the day of the appointment, our professional detailing team arrives at the customer’s location with all the necessary equipment and supplies.
  • They conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle to assess the detailing requirements and address any specific concerns raised by the customer.
  • Our skilled technicians begin the car wash and detailing process, which may include exterior washing, interior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and other specialized treatments based on the chosen package.
  • The team takes meticulous care in handling the vehicle, ensuring a high-quality detailing service.

Completion

  • Once the car wash and detailing process is completed, our team re-inspects the vehicle to ensure that all requested services have been provided to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • The customer is notified of the successful completion of the service via SMS or email.
  • For customers who opted for online payment, the transaction is considered complete, and they receive a final invoice with the detailed breakdown of the services rendered.
  • If any additional services were provided during the appointment, they are added to the final invoice for transparency.
